Sometimes my guides speak through me in channelled sounds and spoken word - a language beyond language that carries its own deep medicine. I translate the meaning for you after the session.

Depending on what is needed, I may weave in handpan, drum or singing bowl sounds to deepen the healing and carry the energy further into your body.

arrival & intention setting
We begin by connecting warmly and checking in - exploring what is alive for you right now, what your intentions are, and where you would like the energy to be focused. This helps me tune in deeply to what is needed specifically for you.
Deep relaxation
I guide you gently into a deeply relaxed state - welcoming you to your breath, softening your body, and creating the sacred container for your healing to begin. You simply get comfortable, lie back, and let yourself be held.
the healing
I send energy through the field while my guides come in. This is where the deep work happens - energy moving, sounds channeling through, drum or singing bowl woven in as needed. You may experience sensations , visions, emotions or simply peace.
integration & sharing
I gently bring you back, inviting you to share anything you experienced - visions, feelings, sensations. Together we explore the meaning and I share any guidance that came through for you.
closing & integration
We draw oracle cards together to close your session - offering further guidance, confirmation and wisdom to support you as you move forward.

What would I need to bring to the session?
Just yourself, somewhere quiet and comfortable to lie down, and an open heart. I will guide you into everything from there.
DO I NEED any experience of energy healing?
Not at all. This session is welcoming to everyone - whether this is your first healing experience or you have been on this path for years.
will i be able to see you during the session?
We connect via zoom. Once you are settled into the healing, I don't need you to be on camera actively - though it is helpful for me to be able to see your breath and check you are comfortable throughout.
What if something feels uncomfortable?
Your comfort is everything. If anything feels too intense during the session simply raise your hand and I will adjust the energy immediately. You are always safe and held.

can i ask questions during the session?
Absolutely. There is always space at the end of our time together for you to share your experience, ask questions and receive any additional guidance that feels needed.
